Ingredients for 4-6 portions:

  • 400 g fresh prawns
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 dried chilli peppers
  • VOM FASS Le special olive oil with lemon, basil and rosemary
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation:

  • Peel cloves of garlic and slice them finely. Gently crush the chilli peppers. Heat the oil in a pan then add chilli peppers, sliced garlic, shrimps, pepper and salt and continue to cook for about 3 minutes on a high heat.
